The Philippine Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism (PSEM) recently signed a memorandum of agreement with global research-based pharmaceutical company Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD) Philippines for a partnership called MSD Online@PSEM. MSD Online is the virtual library of MSD that allows members of PSEM to request the latest medical information right where they are – no need for an actual visit to a library. This is made possible because access to the system is through the PSEM website where doctors just need their username and password. With easier access to information, it is hoped that continuing medical education is encouraged in order to provide better care for our patients.
