What is Prostate?

The prostate is a gland in men that produces and secretes a fluid in which sperm is transported. This fluid is ejected into the urethra by the contraction of muscle tissue within the prostate during male climax, and added to the fluid that carries sperm from the testicles.

Where is Prostate?
The prostate is a gland about the size and shape of a walnut and is located just below the neck of the bladder. The prostate surrounds the urethra, the tube that carries urine out of the body, at the point where the urethra exits the bladder.
